- Submitting a listing of items,
with corresponding selling price treatments, to the business for approval or disapproval action.
- Concessionaire Contract: Shall
pay the hotel a gross share of profits.
- Working with the agency to help with staffing and/or restaffing.
- Creating a budget to assist
the operation in realizing greater profits.
- Assisting with the operation throughout the various business areas in which it has experience
to achieve greater success.
- Creating a professional guest flow maximizing all profitability.
- Creating and set operating standards for each department
of the spa operation.
